How to shop
- Choose a product category by clicking on the menu at the top of the page.
- Click on the product of your interest to get a larger image. Read more about the product and view images of it. Click on the image to view a larger image of the product. State how many items you wish to order and click on "Add to basket". The item is now placed in your shopping basket which appears at the top of the page throughout your visit to the web shop.
- When you are done shopping, you go to your shopping basket.
- Please check that your basket contains the products your wish to order.
- If you have previously shopped in Åland Post's web shop, you log in with your usual login details. Should you have forgotten your password, click on "I forgot my password". Follow the instructions.
- If this is your first visit to Åland Post's web shop, you must first register.
- Check your details and change them if required. Click on "Save details".
- Your next step is choosing type of delivery. The standard way of delivery is by economy letter.
- Now, you must choose method of payment. Choose between invoice, net banking, credit or debit card and PayPal.
- If you have a discount code, this is also where you state it. Click on "Activate discount code " for the code to be activated. Discount codes cannot be combined; one code applies for one order.
- Feel free to leave us a message at the bottom of the same page.
- You finalize your purchase by clicking on "Send order".
- Your order has now been forwarded to Åland Post Stamps and will be processed as quickly as possible. You can print out and save the order confirmation.
- An order confirmation will also be mailed to the e-mail address you have stated when ordering.
